An email confirmation will be sent accordingly once your order is submitted. The email will contained your details of order and an invoice number will be issued for your record. Once your order is accepted, you are obligated to purchase the items listed on your order form. Our company, however, reserve the right to decline your order for any reason.
We ship our product by standard freight carrier. Shipping time will vary depending on the carrier and the location. Normally it takes several weeks for the shipment. An email will be sent accordingly once the product is passed to carrier.
You agree to pay the price of goods shipped, shipping charges and, in limited circumstances, applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal, and Cheque.
Cheque should be payable to Lik Sun Furniture Company. We will only proceed the shipment process when your cheque is cleared and this will delay your order process rather than other payment methods.
Return or Exchange
We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. In case you are not completely satisfied with your furniture, please contact us during office hours for remedial action details. Please have your invoice no. for our easy handling.
Please note that there will be a slight difference in our return policy for different sales region.
